Student page settings (admins only)

Anyone who can see this page can see everything on it, so do not list anything private. It shows only whether the internet, Wi-Fi and learning websites are working, never device names or addresses.

Page name (leave blank for “Student page”; it is the page title and the menu label) Shortcuts, up to 12, one per line: title, then |, then the address (http:// or https:// only) Forgotten your password? Planned work starts off. When shown, a tile inside a maintenance window reads “Planned work” (no time) instead of “Having problems”. A hidden item is left out of the page entirely, including the plain web page.

Off by default. When on, this page is also served with no sign-in and no encryption on the same port as the staff page (set on the Staff Status page), at /student, so students see no certificate warning and it still works when the school website is down. Anyone who can reach that port can read it. Set the address as the browser home page by group policy; the wiki has the steps.
