A lightweight log of things you've dealt with — "this alert fired, here's what I did". Not a ticketing system: just a durable note of the work, so a record survives past the alert. Log an incident on its own, or from any alert on the Alerts page (the “Log what you did” button links the incident to that alert). Incidents are never deleted — you close them when done.
